Information entered in the enquiry form
The form asks for your name, email address, province or territory, project interest and consent to handle the enquiry. You may also supply a phone number and message. If you arrive from the solar planner, the enquiry includes your monthly electricity-use input and illustrative system-size scenario.
Do not enter utility-account numbers, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. The form is for an initial project enquiry, not for documents or financial applications.
How a submission is processed
When online enquiries are available, the browser sends the information to the contact service. When that service confirms acceptance, the enquiry is stored as a private record in a WordPress database, with a request identifier, submission time and page path. Province, electricity-use inputs and the solar-planning scenario are included in the enquiry message. The page path does not contain the page's query parameters.
A success message is shown only when the receiving service confirms storage and returns the matching request receipt. Retrying unchanged details uses the same request identifier to avoid creating a second enquiry. The form itself does not send automatic email notifications or subscribe you to marketing. A receipt is not a booking, payment, contract or promise of a response time.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies or include marketing pixels. Its visual assets are served locally rather than loaded from third-party image, font or video services. Form information is transmitted to the contact service when the form is available; it is not kept in browser storage.
